What is e-Ayuda.com?

e-Ayuda is an online grocery store intended for anyone who is overseas or just want to help their families by sending grocery items, can easily order online and have it delivered.

Is your online store secure?

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard. It means that the stores are equipped with data encryption tools, protection of Shopify payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the servers, risk analysis tools as well as constant security monitoring.

How do I place an order?

First, browse through our store, click the product you want.

Second, click the Add To Cart button. You can repeat this step with as many products you want.

Third, when you have added everything you need to your cart, hover and click at (cart icon) on the top right corner. You may then review your order and proceed to Checkout.

Finally, enter your delivery information and choose your payment method. Once everything is done, click Complete Order.

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value is PHP 1,000.00

What are your payment methods?

We accept credit and debit card (Visa or MasterCard). You can also pay via bank transfer. Payment Instructions will be shown if you choose bank transfer as payment method.

Do you charge extra fees if I use my credit card?

No, we don't charge extra fees as we cover the cost but your bank or credit card company may charge you.

Is your payment gateway secure?

Our payment gateway is PCI Level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.

What areas do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver to Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu Lapu City, Talisay City and Minglanilla areas. We are looking at expanding to other areas soon.

Do you have shipping fees?

Yes, we do. it will be calculated upon checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and delivered within 2-3 days. Delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

What if the product I ordered is not available?

We will notify you first and then we will replace the product that you ordered with an alternative brand that is of equal or higher value. Making sure that you get the most value and quality for your money.

Do you have other products?

Yes, we regularly add products to our store. If you have some suggestion on grocery products that you would like us to sell please message us.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. Please contact us to facilitate your order cancellation.

Can I get a refund If I cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with our product or service, contact us and we will start a refund process to your original payment method. Please note that refund process may take longer depending on your payment method.
